Our Tune-ups are different than most of our competition. We don’t just come out to your home and “kick the tires” Our technicians will spend on average 1 to 2 hours on your system and you will receive a written report of the condition of your system and what was done.

11. Lubricate/oil blower motor.
12. Clean and adjust pilot
13. Vacuum area around furnace
14. Tighten electrical connections
15. Check gas pressure
16. Check blower motor amperage
17. Check for gas leaks
18. Test safety controls
19. Check static pressure of return
20. Check static pressure of supply
21. Check heat anticipator setting
