Rosenberg Indoor Company is truly a family run
company. The company was formed in 2003 by the Rosenberg and
Hull families. Lee Rosenberg, our chairman has been in the
cooling and heating business since 1974. Betsy Rosenberg
started in the business in 1986. Michael Rosenberg worked in
the summer for his parents while he was in high school in the
late 80s and started in the business full time in 1994. Tom
Hull got into the industry in the early 1980s. Lee and Betsy
Rosenberg ran a successful heating and cooling business,
Metro-Tech Service Company for 15 years before selling it to a
large consolidator. Our family’s philosophy has always been
and will always be to provide quality and honest service to
all of our clients. We will never take any shortcuts in the
work we provide and we want to always do what is right. We
enjoy being in the business and work really hard to provide
service and products that we can be proud of. |

Michael Rosenberg
President
Michael graduated from the
University of Texas in 1994 and joined his family in the
heating and air conditioning business. He received his Class
"A" Texas Air Conditioning and Refrigeration License in 2002.
Michael currently serves on the Air Conditioning and
Refrigeration Contractors Advisory Board for the Texas
Department of Licensing and Regulation in Austin. Michael enjoys taking part in
sports and supports the San Antonio Spurs. |

Lee Rosenberg
Chairman
Lee has been a leader in the Heating and Air Conditioning
(HVAC) industry for over thirty years. A Registered
Professional Engineer, Lee entered the HVAC industry in 1974.
In 1986, Lee and his wife Betsy founded Metro-Tech Service
Company. After successfully building it, they took the
opportunity to sell it to an industry consolidator in 1998.
Lee currently serves on numerous national HVAC Industry
Advisory Boards and is Chairman of the Board of Service
Roundtable, an Internet-based business that distributes
business training to nearly two thousand contractors across
North America . Lee enjoys spending time with his family,
golfing and traveling . |

Betsy Rosenberg
Vice Chairman
Betsy has been in the HVAC industry for nearly
23 years. She founded Metro-Tech Service Company with her
husband, Lee. Betsy enjoys traveling, reading and physical
fitness. |

Tom Hull
Vice President -
Service
Tom started in the industry in 1979 as an
installer for a local HVAC installation company. Tom has
gained a vast amount of experience over the years and is
considered one of the top HVAC service professionals in the
business. He is NATE Certified and has earned his Air
Diagnostics Certificate. Tom enjoys being with his family and
listening to music. |

Sarah Cousart
Accounting Manager
Sarah joined our company with extensive
experience in accounting. Sarah is in charge of payroll,
payables and getting financial information to us on time.
Sarah enjoys spending time with her family. |

David Partain
Comfort Specialist
David has over 15 years of experience in the air conditioning
business. He has extensive training in both service and system
design. David is EPA certified to handle refrigerant. He has
also attended Trane's Boot Camp. David enjoys finding the
solutions to the toughest indoor air quality issues. David
enjoys watching college football and spending time with his
family. |
